Meal Break Policy

It is the policy of Miden Sports to provide the meal / prayer break with the consent of workers, timing is as follows:

From Saturday to Thursday 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm

For Friday            1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

Note: Sunday is a rest day

Non-Discrimination Policy

It is the policy that Miden Sports shall not discriminate in recruitment and employment practices. Overtime Policy

It is the policy of Miden Sports that not to force any worker to do overtime. If company requires the workers to do overtime then company shall get the consent of workers priory. Overtime hours and payment shall be made as per labor law and workplace standard guidelines.
